The Philadelphia 76ers are facing elimination at the hands of the Toronto Raptors, and while this season has given Sixers fans great hope for the future of this team, there is also a major possibility of a huge step back next season.

Jimmy Butler and Tobias Harris could both leave in the offseason, which Paul Pierce believes would restart The Process again. Therefore, Paul says it is imperative that the 76ers re-sign Butler after the season.

“The immediate focus after the season is to try to retain Jimmy Butler,” Pierce said. “If they lose Tobias (Harris) and they lose Jimmy Butler, The Process still goes on.”
