In the fourth chapter of Golden State vs Cleveland, the Cavaliers had an opportunity to steal game one. The NBA gods had other plans as Golden State was able to escape with an overtime win to take the lead in the series, 1-0.

There were many deciding factors as to why Cleveland lost, but the one that everyone remembers is the JR Smith blunder at the end of the game to send the game into OT. Paul Pierce believes this was the Cavs’ best shot to be in this series, but it slipped away.

“The frustration level for the Cavaliers has to be at an all time high.”

“It started with the charge call on LeBron, then you miss the free throw, get the rebound and not get a shot up.”

Game 2 is geared up to be a good one, let’s hope so for the NBA’s sake.
