Paul Pierce dove into whether he thinks the Trail Blazers can beat the Spurs or the Thunder in the playoffs.

“They are a lot better than they were a year ago, even though they are the three seed, if they have to match up against Oklahoma City or the San Antonio Spurs in the first round, I don’t see them getting past the first round.”

Paul gives credit where credit is due and applauds Damian Lillard and the Trail Blazers efforts this season.

“Damian Lillard doesn’t get enough credit, it will take one more star on that team for them to be the real deal, like Houston or Golden State.”

Unfortunately, Pierce leaves us with his current standings of the team.

“Real deal? Not quite yet.”
