On Friday’s episode of The Jump, the crew put together a list of the Top 5 greatest “clutch blocks” ever.

This list was as follows:

  1. LeBron’s NBA Finals chase down block vs the Warriors
  2. Bam Adebayo’s block of Jayson Tatum in the 2020 ECF.
  3. Tayshaun Prince’s Conference Finals chase down of Reggie Miller.
  4. Manu Ginobili’s over the back block of James Harden.
  5. Chris Bosh’s block of Danny Green in Game 5 of the 2013 Finals.

Noticeably absent, Paul Pierce’s block of Kyle Lowry in the closing seconds of Game 7 the 2014 Eastern Conference first round, in Toronto, which sent the Brooklyn Nets to the next round. To say The Truth was stunned would be an understatement.

“I had a block to win the series! How is all these other blocks up here? I understand the LeBron block, and I understand the Bam block, but these other ones…mine was to win the series! How is that not in there?”

Watch Truth’s reaction as each block is named and he becomes more and more aware of his absence from the list, below. And watch the Jump, weekdays at 3pm ET on ESPN.
