LeBron James turned in an incredible triple-double performance against the Denver Nuggets before heading to Chicago for All-Star Weekend, and heading into the break, this Lakers team is beginning to take shape, appearing as if they could be the favorites to win the NBA title come June.

There is a lot that can happen between now and then, but if LeBron leads the Los Angeles Lakers back to glory by capturing the franchise’s 17th NBA championship, then his legacy could rival that of Michael Jordan’s in the mind of Paul Pierce.

“He’s already one of the greatest,” Pierce said. “But, the conversation is going to come back up once again about him and Michael Jordan. This will be his greatest feat right here.”
