For the eighth time in 12 years, Paul Pierce is heading to the All-Star game.
Traveling to Dallas with teammates Kevin Garnett and first-time All-Star selection Rajon Rondo, Paul knows how difficult the opportunity to make the team can often be, as he told the Associated Press:
"There’s going to come a day that they don’t pick me," Pierce said. "So every time I get a chance to make it, it’s definitely an honor."
